No doubt about it, 4-H Camp will look differently in 2020. However, counselors and adults are grateful to work in partnership with Public Health Officials and Haven on the Rock staff to continue our usual fun in a safe way.
Here are some of those changes:
So… please plan on bringing your campers to Haven on the Rock at 2pm on June 28. Please send appropriate water apparel and squirt-guns as water games will be available.
So… please plan on picking up your campers at Haven on the Rock at 5pm on June 30. Enjoy a family meal on your own.
Usually, rubbing elbows makes good medicine (Campfire Law) – this year, we’ll need to make sure we have adequate space for each other:
Face Masks are not required at this time but are welcome.
Superheroes in Training (8-12 years old) are supervised and led by teen 4-H Counselors and Counselors-In-Training (CITs.) Adults are on site at all times.
Campers sleep in separate cabins with 2-3 Counselors and CITs. Boys live and stay in boys cabins while girls live and stay in girls cabins. Each sex has separate showers and restrooms.
In addition to meals, free snacks are available as well as the “Super” Snack Shack which is open twice daily for campers to enjoy one beverage and one candy per visit.
Research shows that participation in 4-H Camp helps build SUPER POWERS like leadership, creativity, responsibility, self-esteem, independence, friendship skills, teamwork, social comfort, values, decision making and a willingness to try new things.

Kits are located inside the red barn mailbox to the right of the front door.

Dear Friends,
I am writing to introduce myself as the Goshen Fair Youth Show Coordinator and to announce the 2020 Goshen County Fair.
