2022 Laramie County Shoot

All shooting sports participants are encouraged to attend this fun and safe celebration Air Rifle & Air Pistol will take place at a date and time TBD in 2022 at Laramie County Shooting Sports Complex at Archer, more information will be announced for exact dates and times.

Shotgun, Archery, .22 Rifle and .22 Pistol will take place at a date and time TBD in 2022 at Pine Bluffs Sportsman’s Club. Our group lunch and photo will take place during the shoot at High West Energy Pine Bluffs. Registration will be released soon. Plan to arrive at least 1/2 hour before your event to pick up your shooter number and check-in at your scheduled line at least 15 minutes early.

Laramie County 4-H Shooting Sports Apparel Order

There are t-shirts, hoodies and zip up sweatshirts available to order with the Laramie County Shooting Sports logo on them. All information is on the order form.  Wyoming 4-H State Shoot

Dates TBD 2022 – – Douglas, Wyoming

The Wyoming 4-H State Shoot is host to over 600 youth who showcase their shooting skills in seven different disciplines. The event takes place in Douglas, Wyoming. Contact the Extension office for assistance. 

2022 Meat & Wool Judging

The Meat & Wool Judging Contests will be held in Laramie from March 25-26, 2022. The Meat contest consists of members placing classes of meat cuts; identifying 20-30 meat cuts and completing either reasons or questions based on their age division. This contest is done individually. The wool judging contest consists of members placing classes of wool fleeces; grading 20-30 wool fleeces and completing either reasons or questions based on their age division. Presentation Contest Information

The Laramie County 4-H Presentation Contest follows all rules of the state presentation contest held at Showcase Showdown.  You must qualify at the county presentation contest to qualify to compete at the state presentation contest.

Lodging: Lodging available in the UW Dorms. If you intend to stay in the dorms, please designate this in your registration. Adults who plan to chaperone youth in the dorms must be screened Wyoming 4-H Volunteers.
