**Please note that if you would like a premium for this contest from the fair office you will need to submit your fair entry by July 1st, 2016 to the fair office. **
Eligibility for individual youth is determined by the local county program. Contestants must have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the range commands and safe handling of the associated shooting equipment for each discipline in which they shoot. This is verified on the county registration form by a required signature from the local 4-H educator or their designated county key shooting sports leader.
