Here's how you can become a 2025 Career Night Speaker

Below are the steps to complete if you wish to become a presenter. If you have any questions or need further information, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Thank you for your interest and for helping us make this year’s Virtual Career Night the best one yet.

Step 1

Express Your Interest

Click the button below to complete our online form and let us know you’re interested in being a guest speaker.

Step 2

We’ll Be in Touch

After reviewing your submission, we’ll reach out via email to confirm if you’re a good fit for the event.

Step 3

Submit Your Speaker Information

Once we’ve agreed on your participation, we’ll ask you to send us:

  • A headshot (for use on our event materials).
  • A short bio that answers the following questions:
    • What is the highlight of your career?
      What challenges do you encounter in your career?
    • How did you get to this career?
      What is something unique about your career that most people might not know?
    • Are there scholarship or internship opportunities available in your field? If so, where can more information be found?
    • Contact information for attendees to follow up with questions.

Step 4

Finalize Your Presentation Details

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you:

  • Your presentation time slot.
  • Instructions for successfully using Zoom as a speaker.
