Q. What is the highlight of your career?
A. As an instructor for the meat services class one of my favorite parts of the job is seeing the process click in my students. Seeing the lightbulb go off that it all makes sense.

Q. What are challenges you encounter in your career?
A. Working in a customer service based industry one of the biggest challenges can be working with customers. When customers don’t necessarily have knowledge about products or where they came from it can be frustrating!

Q. How did you get to this career?
A. I grew up in a ranching family and we always butchered our own beef every year when i was growing up. Grandpa had a little meat shop built on the ranch. After he passed away nobody really knew how to properly cut a beef, so i figured it would be a good thing to learn, Went to school at Bridgerland Tech College, and have been doing it as a career ever since.
