Q. What is the highlight of your career?
A. The highlight of my career is instilling passion and drive in to the new clinicians coming in to the coolest job. I also love the fact that my office is in the sky.

Q. What are challenges you encounter in your career?
A. I would say the biggest challenges you face in this career is the mental and physical fatigue and learning how to cope with the emergencies you encounter. The biggest learning curve for me was learning how to balance your work and home life.

Q. How did you get to this career?
A. I got started in this career as an ER/ICU RN in Lander. I worked in those units for a couple of years and then was asked to hire on as a part time flight nurse with Guardian Flight. After I worked for them part time for a year I was offered a full time position in Lander on their fixed wing. I flew the line for 6 years, where I trained new employees and helps with base start ups. I was then promoted to Clinical Manager over Wyoming, Utah, and South Dakota.
