Washakie County 4-H

The Wyoming Hunger Initiative is partnering with 4-H and FFA to help fight food insecurity in Wyoming. If you have a pig that you will not be selling in the Junior Livestock Sale, you can enter the lottery. One pig will be chosen randomly from the Washakie County entries. The winner will receive a $500 check from the Hunger Initiative. The member will still need to get a processing appointment and deliver the pig to the processor. Then the Hunger Initiative will get the pork delivered to the local food bank. Follow the link to the Formstack here or scan the QR code to enter! Call us at 347-3431 with any questions.

We have fishing poles if you need one and want to join in on the fun!

Be sure to RSVP by May 10 for enough supplies!

These could count as a Livestock Quality Assurance requirement!
