4-H Technology Giving Day
Give Kids the Tools to Build
What if the next Wyoming engineer, programmer, veterinarian, rancher or agricultural innovator is already in 4-H?
Wyoming 4-H youth are building robots, learning to code, competing nationally and discovering how technology is changing agriculture. This Giving Day, your support can help expand these hands-on opportunities through 4-H Robotics and livestock ultrasound education.
4-H Robotics
From Curiosity to Capability
Robotics gives Wyoming youth the opportunity to do more than learn about technology—they get to design, build, program, test and improve it.
Through Wyoming 4-H Robotics, youth explore engineering, programming, sensors, controls and problem-solving while developing teamwork, communication and leadership skills. In 2026, Wyoming 4-H included 51 members across seven robotics teams, with the Laramie County Circuit Breakers representing Wyoming at the inaugural U.S. Governors Cup Robotics Tournament in Washington, D.C.
Help Build Wyoming's Next Generation of Problem-Solvers
Your gift helps provide robotics kits, equipment, training and opportunities for youth across Wyoming.
Every robot becomes a chance for a young person to:
Imagine → Design → Build → Program → Test → Fail → Improve → Succeed
You’re not simply helping buy a robot. You’re helping young people develop the technical skills, confidence and persistence they can carry into Wyoming’s future.
Livestock Ultrasound
Raising a livestock project involves months of decisions about nutrition, genetics, animal health, management and daily care. Carcass ultrasound gives 4-H members a new way to see the results of those decisions.
Using non-invasive, real-time ultrasound technology, youth can explore characteristics such as ribeye area, backfat, rump fat and intramuscular fat—turning livestock science and data into something they can actually see and understand.
Bring Modern Agricultural Technology to 4-H Youth
A carcass ultrasound machine can support education far beyond a single event. It can be used for county fair carcass evaluation, livestock judging, meat science, genetics and breeding education, youth demonstrations, volunteer training and statewide 4-H programming. 2026 4-H Technology Giving Day …
Youth can connect the entire process:
Animal → Care & Management → Measurement → Data → Decision → Product
Your gift helps put professional-level agricultural technology into the hands of young producers and prepares them to understand the increasingly data-driven future of animal agriculture.
Give Today. Build Tomorrow.
Your gift to Wyoming 4-H Technology Programs helps provide the equipment, experiences and opportunities young people need to explore robotics, engineering, animal science and modern agriculture.
Help put the tools in their hands—and help Wyoming youth grow Beyond Ready.
