Danish Ribbon System
The Danish Ribbon System is a standards-based evaluation method used in 4-H and livestock competitions to assess participants based on set criteria rather than direct competition. It uses blue, red, and white ribbons to indicate levels of achievement—blue for excellence, red for satisfactory performance, and white for areas needing improvement. This system promotes constructive feedback, personal growth, and skill development, making it a valuable tool in youth education and competitions.
