2026 Virtual Career Night Webinar schedule

5:00 PM

Introductions and Instructions

Participants will review Virtual Career Night rules, learn what to expect, and receive contact information for facilitators available to assist with technical issues throughout the event, helping ensure everyone has what they need for a great night.

5:05 PM

Motivational Speaker

Participants will hear from JR Vrain, a professional rodeo athlete and motivational speaker, as he shares how he turned adversity into opportunity. Through his “Spur Your Way Out” message, he encourages youth to stay resilient, face challenges head-on, and take control of their future.

5:25 PM

Questions and Instructions to move into sessions

Participants can use this time to ask questions about joining Zoom sessions and ensure they are ready before the first speaker session begins.

Session #1

This session features Matt Fields (Aviation), Leslie Janecka (Healthcare), Christopher Robertson (Aviation), and Kiah Cooper (Fire Service).

This is a short break while event facilitators prepare for the next session and make sure everything is set for the speaker session 2.

Session #2

This session features Lisa Chapman (Communications), Kristi Holum (Healthcare), Deputy Rick Johnson (Law Enforcement), and Dr. Victoria Otto (Veterinary Medicine).

This session features Rachael Vardiman (Real Estate Broker), Thomas McNulty (Private Chef), Jared Roach (Sales Manager), and Chance Evenson (Maintenance Supervisor).

Wrap up with questions and door prizes

This is the conclusion of the 2026 Virtual Career Night. Participants will be asked to complete a post-event survey to help improve future events. Door prizes will be awarded to registered participants through a random drawing, and winners must be present to claim their prize and provide a mailing address.
